Prudential Howe & Doherty Announces Recipients of 3rd Quarter 2011 Massachusetts Sales Professional Awards
ANDOVER, MA (October 14, 2011) – Prudential Howe & Doherty announced the recipients of the 3rd quarter Massachusetts Sales Professional Awards.
Developed by the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA), these awards recognize Agents who generated the greatest residential sales volume within their state.
Peggy Patenaude has been a Real Estate Agent with Prudential Howe & Doherty for 10 years. Peggy has received numerous awards throughout her career including the Prudential Legend Award, and has been in the top 2% of Prudential Agents Nationally since 2002. Her achievements earned her 1st place in the residential homes category. "I am dedicated to delivering first-rate service to my clients during their entire real estate transaction”, said Peggy.
Peggy resides in Andover and has 3 sons.
Kathy Cyrier, a licensed agent for 28 years, has served as Co-Chairman of the Education, Grievance & Technology Committee for Northeast Assoc. of REALTORS. Kathy is a member of the Platinum Club – distinguishing her as one of the top 500 Real Estate Agents Nationwide. Her 2nd place achievement in the residential homes category adds to her many accomplishments as an Agent. "I am committed to providing my clients with the hard work and service they deserve to make their buying or selling process as smooth as possible”, stated Kathy.
Kathy and her husband reside in Andover, MA.
Ellen Munick has been in real estate for over 10 years and has consistently been a top producer, earning awards each year. She has earned 3rd place in the residential homes category. Ellen is active in the community and serves as a MA Parents’ Association Board Member of North Andover’s Pike School, and was previously the PTO President for the Franklin Elementary School in North Andover.

ANDOVER, MA Prudential Howe & Doherty announced the recipients of the 2nd quarter Massachusetts Sales Professional Awards.
Developed by the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA), these awards recognize Agents who generated the greatest residential sales volume within their state. Prudential is proud to announce that Prudential Howe & Doherty’s office, for the first time in history, has received the top three spots for Massachusetts; a monumental achievement.
Deborah Lucci, an Agent with Prudential Howe & Doherty for 13 years, has been in the Chairman’s Gold Circle for 10 of those years. She has earned many accolades, including a 5-year Legend award and a 10-year Legend award, and a Platinum Top Producer award, to name a few. Deborah has earned 1st place in the residential homes category. "I work hard to help my clients make the best real estate decisions that they can make,” said Deborah.
Deborah is an Andover resident and is actively involved in school and community programs. She has two children.
Barbara Donovan-Rizzo has been a real estate Agent for over 15 years, and is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and a licensed Sales Person in New Hampshire. Her 2nd place in the residential homes category adds to her many accomplishments as an Agent. "I am most appreciative of my loyal clients, and their referrals of friends and family, for my continued success,” stated Barbara.
Barbara serves on the Women’s Council of Realtor Leadership Committee and also serves on the Northeast Association of Realtors’ Government Affairs Committee.
Ellen Munick has been in real estate for over 10 years and has a corporate sales and marketing background. She has earned 3rd place in the residential homes category. Ellen said "The Andovers are a wonderful place to live, and it is my pleasure to help both my buyers and sellers realize all that the area has to offer.”
Ellen is a resident of Andover and is active in the community and in the schools where her children attend. Adding to her accomplishments, Ellen has also run and finished the Boston Marathon.

CHELMSFORD, Mass – April 6, 2010 – REALTORS® across the Merrimack & Nashoba Valleys and the country will be hosting open houses as part of the first-ever Realtor Nationwide Open House Weekend on April 10-11. With favorable market conditions and the availability of the homebuyer tax credit, buyers will have the opportunity to tour an increased number of open houses. Participating open houses will be marked with blue Realtor “R” balloons and will be listed on www.MaRealtorOpenHouse.com.
Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) President Angela Harkins, who represents more than 1,200 Realtors in the region, said, “We are in the midst of one of the most active spring real estate markets in years.
